Can I mix and match styles?
Yes, you are able to mix different styles to meet the minimum purchase requirement. Please feel free to contact us directly in order to place your order when you wish to mix and match the different styles.
Can I use my own shipping account?
We will gladly ship your order using your own account. You may either provide the UPS/FedEx/Etc. account number that you would like us to use, or we can provide weights when the order is ready to ship so that you may set up the shipment on your end.
How soon can you ship out my order?
Turnaround time will depend on the quantity and style of book that is ordered. There are many times we can ship the same or next day. We are always happy to try and work with any deadlines that you may have. Please feel free to contact us if you ever have concerns regarding turnaround time or deadlines.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
As shipping is billed at cost for your order, we try to use the most economical and reliable carrier for that particular shipment. If you prefer that we use a particular carrier (FedEx, UPS, Freight, etc.) we are happy to oblige.
Do you offer a designer discount?
No, our prices already include a bulk discount and are intended for designers, so we do not offer an additional discount.
Are there any handling fees?
There are no handling fees unless special needs/circumstances are pre-negotiated.
Do I have to pay Maryland state taxes?
You do not have to pay taxes for your Books by the Foot orders if you are located outside of Maryland. For our Maryland customers, standard taxes apply.
Do I need to set up an account before I can order?
You do not have to set up an account in order to place an order. You may set up an account in order to be able to more readily view your orders, or you may place an order as a guest.
Are your products real books or faux books?
The majority of our styles are real, readable books. If you would like faux books, check out these lines.
Can I choose the titles going into my order?
While we are happy to narrow down your order by genre, subject, color, size, and even wrapping materials, we are not able to pull specific titles. Please feel free to search our sister site at WonderBook.com for any individual titles that you may need.
I need books that I do not see on your site, will you take special requests?
We are always willing to try and meet any challenges and special requests. If you need a certain color/shade of a book, or perhaps a different subject/genre than what is being offered, please feel free to contact us directly for a quote.
