Contact Designer Services (For custom orders not available through website. Not for Boxed Children's styles.)
- 1) Add items to your cart.
- 2) View cart then click Estimated Shipping Charges (bottom left).
- 3) Enter your shipping information.
We bill exact shipping costs, NO ADDITIONAL handling or packing fees.
We can ship to Canada but unfortunately we cannot ship overseas at this time.
Can I pick up my order to get free shipping?
- 1) Email Designer Services
- 2) Provide in your email: style(s), number of feet, ship to zip code, your phone number
- 3) If you haven't received a response within several business days, please check your spam/junk folder.
Yes, we offer free pick up at our loading-dock equipped facility in Frederick, Maryland or any of Wonder Book's retail stores in Maryland. Contact Designer Services for more information.
Can I use my own shipping account?
We will gladly ship your order using your own account. You may either provide the UPS/FedEx/Etc. account number that you would like us to use, or we can provide weights when the order is ready to ship so that you may set up the shipment on your end.
How soon can you ship out my order?
Turnaround time will depend on the quantity and style of book that is ordered. There are many times we can ship the same or next day. We are always happy to try and work with any deadlines that you may have. Please feel free to contact us if you ever have concerns regarding turnaround time or deadlines. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation including your tracking number.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
As shipping is billed at cost for your order, we try to use the most economical and reliable carrier for that particular shipment. If you prefer that we use a particular carrier (FedEx, UPS, Freight, etc.) we are happy to oblige.
